Re-translates every locale of the 19 docs the base edited without updating their translations (README, USER_GUIDE, API_REFERENCE, ENVIRONMENT, FEATURE_FLAGS, PROVIDER_REFERENCE, AUTO-COMBO, REPOSITORY_MAP, CORS and others). 1254 mirrors; every one passed the output guard and a structure/leak check against its source.

Summary
The base branch edited 19 docs without updating their translations. This PR brings every locale of those docs up to date: 1254 locale×doc mirrors. The docs are README, CONTRIBUTING, USER_GUIDE, TROUBLESHOOTING, ELECTRON_GUIDE, CHAOS-MODE, API_REFERENCE, ENVIRONMENT, FEATURE_FLAGS, PROVIDER_REFERENCE, AUTO-COMBO, AUTHZ_GUIDE, REPOSITORY_MAP, admission-lanes, CLOUD_AGENT, PLAYGROUND_STUDIO, BAN_DETECTION, SOCKET_DEV_FINDINGS and CORS.
It also corrects one stale number. README and REPOSITORY_MAP said
src/lib/db/has 122 modules. That figure was the count of.tsfiles insrc/lib/db/when it was written, and the same count is 136 today. REPOSITORY_MAP also said 168 migrations; there are 193.check:docs-countsdoes not verify this figure, which is why it drifted.Validation
