Clears the Vitest reds on the release PR #11442 (CI run 36562032271, job 109385627722). Test-only change: every failure came from an intentional contract change merged in this cycle, not from a production defect.

Red Cause Culprit PR Fix
pool-card (6), quota-share-page (7), quota-share-delete-error (5) PoolSchedulesCard now calls useLocale(); the tests' next-intl mock only exported useTranslations, so every render threw No "useLocale" export is defined on the "next-intl" mock #14466 add useLocale: () => "en" to the mocks
ProxyRegistryManager-credential-autofill (2) same error from ProxyHealthCell #14807 same
use-stream-metrics (2) TPS is now generation throughput, tokens / (totalMs - ttftMs): 15 / 1.8 s = 8.33, not 7.5 #13373 (#13130) expect 15 / 1.8
compressionPanel "derived-pipeline preview reflects the enabled engines" The preview follows the runtime default derivation (#14700), which reads the engines map only when enginesExplicit is set. The real GET returns it (src/lib/db/compression.ts), but the fixture did not. With the flag set, rtk (lossy) is downgraded to session-dedup → lite for a request without a header (#14529). The assertion was already stale before #14700, which I checked by running it against 63e029e^ #14529, #14700 fixture gets enginesExplicit: true; the assertion checks for session-dedup → lite and for no rtk or caveman

Proof: all 6 files pass together (36/36), in 2 runs in a row. Before the fix, 23 tests failed on the tip 9bbf6ef.
Gates: typecheck:core, check:open-sse-typecheck, check:dashboard-typecheck (within baseline), eslint on the changed files, check-file-size after the commit all pass.

Not fixed here (investigated):

  • Build (job 109385628234): no compile error. Turbopack hangs after "Creating an optimized production build ..." for about 1h40m, then exits 1 with no message. The same hang happens on main (run 35650527896, 2026-09-21, exit 143 after 1.5h on omniroute-113-5). Locally the tip and origin/main both ran past a 25-min timeout at the same step. This predates this cycle's merges and is a problem with the runner or the Turbopack environment, not with the diff.
  • Bun SQLite Compatibility (job 109385165004): this job is cancelled, not failed, because a newer push superseded run 36561991270. In the current run 36562032271 both Bun jobs (ubuntu and windows) pass.
  • Release acceptance (job 109384742541): this is not the CHANGELOG — TBD. npm ci on Node 22 / npm 10.9.8 rejects the lockfile because of how npm 10 resolves nested overrides (undici@7.29.1 does not satisfy undici@6.29.0, brace-expansion@2.1.4 does not satisfy 1.1.21, missing concat-map). It has failed on every run since 2026-09-18. The last green run was 2026-09-16. This needs a separate lockfile or workflow decision.

- next-intl mocks now provide useLocale: PoolSchedulesCard (#14466) and
  ProxyHealthCell (#14807) call useLocale(), so pool-card, quota-share-page,
  quota-share-delete-error and ProxyRegistryManager-credential-autofill
  crashed on render.
- use-stream-metrics: tps is generation throughput over (totalMs - ttftMs)
  since #13373 (#13130); expected value is 15 / 1.8 s.
- compressionPanel: the GET fixture now reports enginesExplicit like the
real API, and the preview assertion follows #14529/#14700 (header-less
requests downgrade lossy rtk to session-dedup -> lite).
