…s too #14293 moved oversized endpoint sections from SKILL.md into references/endpoints.md, so the CLI configuration contract test found no GET /api/cli-tools/config section in the body and went red on the tip.

release/v3.8.51since #14293 (b636b6d):tests/unit/cli-configuration-consumer-contract.test.tslooked for theGET /api/cli-tools/configexample in the SKILL.md body, but #14293 moved oversized endpoint sections intoreferences/endpoints.md. The test now searches the body plus the generated reference documents; every assertion is unchanged (an empty section still fails them).Proof: 2/2 at b636b6d~1, 1/2 at b636b6d and on the current tip, 2/2 with this change.
