- carry #12471's vertexCredentialLabel/Hint into the 24 locales added after its branch, and #13555's 53 reasoningRouting.editor keys into the 64 locales it did not ship (real translations in vi, which bans placeholders) - sync the free-tier catalog count (446 -> 452) in README.md and docs/diagrams/free-tier-budget.svg for the Vertex partner models #12471 adds - rebaseline src/sse/handlers/chat.ts and open-sse/handlers/chatCore.ts in the frozen file-size list for #13556's growth Each PR of the wave was merged as the contributor submitted it after a combined-board validation; this lands the board's reconciliation as one follow-up.
