Two-commit drain of the API Route Typecheck red on today's tip:

Pointed atsrc/lib/db/readCache, wheregetCachedProviderNodeslives. Verified: the scoped tsc no longer reports the route.config/quality/api-typecheck-baseline.jsonwith--updateon a faithfulnpm cienvironment (192.168.0.113,/tmp/apib-*.log) against tip+fix — 163 stale entries dropped, zero new entries, gate readsOK — 289 pre-existing error(s), all within frozen baseline. (The vendor TS2353s previously suspected were artifacts of stale local node_modules; they do not exist under the current lockfile.)
