…-5.4-mini diegosouzapw#10884 (24f31cf) flipped the Command Code registry entry for gpt-5.4-mini to supportsReasoning: true with explicit effort tiers, so the single-target combo now inherits reasoning=true/thinking=true and carries effort_tiers [low..max] — the previous all-false expectations predate that feature. The test's contract (registry overrides win over specs) is unchanged; only the expected values move. 11/11 green.
