Fixes #10341

Clean cherry-pick of the value commit from #10879 (by @adevwithpurpose), whose branch had accumulated ~100 commits of already-merged release history and could not be diffed directly (GitHub: diff too large). The other 3 commits ahead of the release tip on that branch were duplicates of #10834 (compression) and #10800 (conversations), already merged separately, and an already-shipped cherry-pick of upstream #10709. This PR carries only the genuinely new antigravity fix, unmodified, with the original author's commit preserved.

Summary

When using Antigravity/AGY with Gemini 3.7 Flash tiers (gemini-3.7-flash-high, gemini-3.7-flash-medium, gemini-3.7-flash-low, or gemini-3.7-flash), Google's internal Cloud Code endpoint (streamGenerateContent) expects the underlying model id gemini-3.7-flash-tiered inside the request envelope. Sending raw tier strings directly causes Google's endpoint to reject the request or time out after 30s.

Changes

  1. Model Aliases (open-sse/config/antigravityModelAliases.ts): maps the four tier aliases → gemini-3.7-flash-tiered; bare gpt-oss-120b → gpt-oss-120b-medium; includes gemini-3.7-flash-tiered in ANTIGRAVITY_PUBLIC_MODELS/AGY_PUBLIC_MODELS.
  2. Model Specs (src/shared/constants/modelSpecs.ts): configures defaultThinkingBudget (24576/8192/1024 for High/Medium/Low) and thinkingBudgetCap: 24576.
  3. Unit tests: updated antigravity-model-aliases.test.ts and agy-gemini-3696-tier-passthrough.test.ts.

Validation

  • npm run typecheck:core — clean
  • node scripts/check/check-file-size.mjs / check-changelog-integrity.mjs — OK
  • tests/unit/antigravity-model-aliases.test.ts + tests/unit/agy-gemini-3696-tier-passthrough.test.ts — 11/11 passing

Merged — clean single-commit cherry-pick extracted from diegosouzapw#10879's genuinely new content (see PR body for the full extraction rationale). typecheck/file-size/changelog gates clean, 11/11 tests passing.
