Problema
Depois de ativar
RADAR_ENABLEDna UI, o dashboard podia continuar exibindo o 404 recebido enquanto a flag estava desligada. Os GETs de settings/catalog não impediam cache do 404, e o cliente não forçava revalidação.Correção
