The first step to unify with
ic-cdk-optimizer. This is added as an optional feature and not a part of executable.The next step would be investigating the difference between
shrinkandoptimize.dfxwill use the optimize functionality fromic-wasm. Then we can deprecateic-cdk-optimizer.Tested in dfinity/sdk#2321.
