Bug: wikiRunner Paths

Rework the paths in all function in the wikiRunner. It would be nice to start with a startingFolder the user can define at the beginning in wiki and after that the wiki chapter say something like your current location sould be inside startingFolder/devonfw/workspaces/main/currentFolder.
