@copilot CI fails in build-ubuntu-latest (🧪 test step) after the xunit.v3 3.2.2 → 4.0.0 / xunit.runner.visualstudio 4.0.0 bump:

Please fix this within this PR, limited to build, test, packaging or version changes (e.g. opting into the Microsoft.Testing.Platform dotnet test mode via global.json / Directory.Build props, or adjusting test package versions). Do not change product code or public API. If that's not possible, drop the xunit.v3 4.x bump instead (keep xunit.v3 / xunit.runner.visualstudio at 3.x) and keep the rest of the updates.

Restored xunit.v3 to 3.2.2 and xunit.runner.visualstudio to 3.1.5, leaving the other dependency updates unchanged. The Release build and test suite pass (71 passed, 1 skipped). Fixed in 688a0ac.
