Issue Description

As part of our effort to maintain best practices we have added all of our repositories to the CLO Monitor. This issue aims to resolve the checks needed for our repositories to reach 100% on the monitor.

Item should wait for the completion of #1009 as it intends to add Helm Charts to Artifact Hub

All Cleaner tasks were sized as 3 days with Major priority. Assigning these and moving to backlog.

PR opened here. Artifact Hub and Recent Release are being marked as completed in this issue even though they will be missing from the CLOMonitor checks. There are items in this repository that can be added to Artifact Hub and issues have been opened for that. Additionally the Recent Release check is for releases within the last year, the last release for this repo was in 2022. This will be remedied automatically whenever a new release is cut.
