Update Registry's tests dependencies

Issue Description

As part of #1303 we should check if we can update the following dependencies:

• github.com/onsi/ginkgo/v2
• github.com/onsi/gomega

Those dependencies are using golang.org/x/net@v0.8.0 which we need to update to a newer version.

Acceptance Criteria

• Direct dependencies using golang.org/x/net@v0.8.0 packages should be updated.
