Updates nine NuGet dependencies originally proposed in #1.
Snek remains pinned to 1.0.0 because upgrading to 2.0.0 causes MSBuild error MSB4062 (
Snek.StrongNameTask) across all four target frameworks.Validation:
Supersedes #1 with a build-compatible dependency set.
