The publish command failed with error
Failed to PUT manifest for tag 0.1. However, the process did not exit which is misleading and the users would assume all tags were pushed fine. Fixing that!https://github.com/rocker-org/devcontainer-features/actions/runs/3258696831/jobs/5350977996#step:3:29
