See dependabot/dependabot-core#6089 for more info. The support versions in the python version matrix for dependabot only goes up to 3.10.7 for 3.10, and 3.11. Kumiko will not get an upgrade to 3.11 until 3.11.1 comes out (waiting for Pycord to support 3.11 on a proper release)
