Artifact naming was inconsistent with TemplateDotNetTool template. The template uses
documentsas the artifact name, notdocumentation.Changes:
build.yaml: Renamed artifact fromdocumentationtodocumentsrelease.yaml: Renamed artifact fromdocumentationtodocumentsand updated step name to matchThis ensures consistency with the upstream template pattern for single-OS documentation builds.
