We're close.

The "database" right now is files inside directories. Seriously.

db.rb

This needs to be rewritten as... something that works on Heroku.

redis backend would be neat. then it'd work with the free redis to go addon

Hurl used to run on Redis but always ran out of memory. Maybe a better config would help.

Ah good point. I bet the database gets pretty large. Wonder if switching to something like s3 filesystem would work. May be too slow though.
