The Qwen device-code OAuth flow was hitting `https://chat.qwen.ai/api/v1/oauth2/{device/code,token}`, but the authoritative host is `qwen.ai`. Updates QWEN_CONFIG in `src/lib/oauth/constants/oauth.ts` to the canonical host and adds a regression test that pins both hostnames so this cannot drift again. Ported from upstream decolua/9router#683 (closes decolua/9router#572). Inspired-by: decolua/9router#683 Co-authored-by: Anurag Saxena <anuragg.saxenaa@gmail.com>
