Summary

Add NaN.Builders as an API key provider in 9Router. NaN.Builders offers chat and vision models alongside embeddings, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, image generation and editing, and reranking.

This PR adds model discovery, capability metadata, and connection testing for those services. It also shows per-model token usage against published monthly limits, with usage-only rows where no limit is published.

Verification

  • node tests/unit/nan-provider.mjs passed.
  • Production Docker build passed.
  • Local dashboard displayed NaN.Builders connection status and per-model quota bars.

Merge pinned upstream f39d8f0, preserving NaN adapters, dashboard quotas and per-key access controls. Regenerate registry from upstream enabled entries plus NaN; keep disabled providers excluded.

Refresh provider and alias snapshots for NaN and upstream SenseNova/ollama-local omissions. Extend registry uniqueness and disabled-provider checks.

Validation on default Docker context, Node 22.23.4: NaN self-check and provider/alias/OAuth snapshots pass; focused suite 85/85 with offline example.com host mapping; Codex STT runtime suite 9/9 with ffmpeg. Offline differential run across 383 files: upstream 4041 pass/41 fail, merged 4048 pass/41 identical fail, no new failures or lost passes. Docker production build and isolated HTTP smoke pass. Live provider calls and purple deployment remain owner-run.
