Adjust the color palette for the map to be more intentionally color blind friendly. This is especially important if more colorization is added as part of #31.

json settings were added to the map definition to code in colors for the spec elements types and connection types. If additional element types or connection types are added they will use the default colors of the underlying scheme until a specific color setting is assigned for that new type.
