Preliminary checklist

Output of ddev debug test

Expand `ddev debug test` diagnostic information 
[COPY-PASTE HERE THE OUTPUT OF `ddev debug test`]

Expected Behavior

ddev version should show the right docker platform when using Rancher Desktop

Actual Behavior

It's showing "lima"

This affects some tests. Of course Rancher uses Lima. Not sure what happened here.
