Mobile scroll

I'm not very clear on how to ask this question clearly, I don't know the correct terminology. Apologies.
Wondering if there's a setting I can use to give the ability to drag-scroll on my phone, when my finger starts dragging within the plot area.
In other words, if I'm wanting to scroll down a page of charts, if my finger drags from within a plotly chart area it doesn't register a scroll action, and I need to use the edges outside of the chart to drag the page up and down.

Yeah that's exactly what I do too. The only thing you can do at the moment is disabling plot scrolling to make the page scrollable instead

I'm probably misunderstanding, but I think youre saying that I can reenable page scrolling y disabling plot scrolling.
If so, please will you share a snippet, I have tried the following, but the page still wont scroll.

  xaxis:
    fixedrange: true
  yaxis:
    fixedrange: true
config:
  scrollZoom: false

That's what I meant. Try adding disable_pinch_to_zoom: true at the root. Otherwise I don't know
