We used to show a toggle in the Databricks connection settings UI where
users could choose between `dbt-spark` and `dbt-databricks` and that
element was completely removed. Users will get dbt-databricks by default
now.

There was a user who reported some confusion about these docs and their
inability to explicitly choose `dbt-databricks`.
