Current ability description in AoS Reminders:

Gorgers - Ambushing Hunters
If you set this unit up in reserve, at the end of your first movement phase, you must set up this unit on the battlefield more than 9" from any enemy units.

But since the last battletome, Gorgers no longer have to be set up at the end of the first movement phase.
