The wording isn't incorrect, but the way it shows can be confusing. The table itself shows up in end of combat phase, but the abilities that apply elsewhere don't and make it seem like S2D armies just get those abilitie, like the Iron Flesh ability in the saves section. Could use a clarification for any of the Eye of the Gods reward that says "If you rolled on the table and received this award, ..."
