This PR converts the existing control sequences documentation to a new XML format which is converted to a number of HTML formats with a program written in REXX.
At the same time data for a large number of control sequences not currently supported by Kermit 95 has been added. This covers the terminals: VT100, VT102, VT220, VT420, VT510, VT520, VT525, xterm and tera term.
