Describe the bug
Testing the cuda-dev under the Windows 10 Docker Desktop (latest).
Tried to add an additional Publication channel but got an error "Incompatible. Check the requirements".
Under the cuda-latest worked without any issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Livestream
  2. Click on +

There was bug in querying the ffmpeg capabilities. A new cuda-dev image will be available tomorrow.
