Run GPlates, load all the files;

Select 'Reconstruction' > 'Specify Anchored Plate ID' > type '4' (paleomagnetic frame; all continents are reconstructed in this frame);

Select 'Reconstruction' > 'Reconstruction to Time' > set an age between 440 and 510 Ma.
