Expected Behaviour

Consortium accounts can delete consortium organizations

Current Behaviour

No delete button appears when logged in with consortium account under settings in consortium org (even when no repos, no dois)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in with consortium account e.g DC for test
  2. click on RPH test consortium org
  3. click on settings, no delete button appears
