Expected Behaviour

title/description languge should render the language selected in the metadata, even when this language is not part of the ISO369 list.

Current Behaviour

Metadata created by other means might not have values from the scope in the DOI Form. The form default approach seems to be just to not render the value. Example from the elvish language https://doi.test.datacite.org/dois/10.12685%2Fz1r9-pd87

Steps to Reproduce

  1. open in XML view https://doi.test.datacite.org/dois/10.12685%2Fz1r9-pd87
  2. open in form edit view https://doi.test.datacite.org/dois/10.12685%2Fz1r9-pd87

Context (Environment)

The language subfields are free text, user can use any language they please.

Hypothesis

There is not a mechanish to deal with values that are not in the list

Detailed Description

Possible Implementation

When updating metadata, we MUST disable updating for title/descript language fields when they do not use values from the restricted scope.
