The "repositories" and "DOIs" tab don't show any information when logged in as a consortium

Expected Behaviour

The Consortium accounts can see all of the "Consortium Organizations", "Repositories" and "DOIs" under their consortium account in Fabrica

Current Behaviour

The "Repositories" tab and "DOIs" tab do not show anything when logged in as a consortium, it is necessary to navigate to each consortium organization in order to see the associated repositories and DOIs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to TUWIENCO
2. Click "Repositories" or "DOIs" tab, it's blank
3. navigate to the consortium organization tab, click UGRAZ.UNIPUB, there is one repository with 684 DOIs
