Not possible to remove affliation once selected in Fabrica Create DOI form

Expected Behaviour

An affiliation can be removed from the create DOI form

Current Behaviour

Once selected, it's not possible to remove the affiliation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create DOI form
2. fill in creator name
3. select affiliation from the look up
4. clicking on the cross on the left does not remove the affiliation
