Unable to update description with file upload #244

Updating a description within the XML in file upload does not change the XML, it appears it is holding onto the original value rather than sending the updated value.

Reproduce:

  1. Choose any valid XML with a desription in Findable state
  2. Change description text e.g. Delete the contents
  3. Update
  4. Notice XML is unchanged.
