[FEATURE]: Improve interactive assessment report with additional cluster insights

Problem statement

The current interactive report could be more accurate, list fewer clusters in it's findings if it had better information from the
$inventory.clusters table.

Proposed Solution

Once the $inventory.clusters table has added cluster attributes, update the interactive report, to join in to the clusters.attributes field and filter limitates based on data_security_mode, single user and job modes.

ucx.clusters should not get more fields, but rather more different failures. Adding columns to inventory tables does require migration scripts and, hence, should be avoided
