PR Summary

• Downloading BendSQL from GitHub Releases
  This PR introduces an enhancement where the latest version of BendSQL will be automatically downloaded from its GitHub releases page as part of the new download step.

• Adding Bash Command for Fetching Latest Release
  A new Bash command has been introduced. This command fetches the latest BendSQL release version and saves it as a file in the /tmp/bendsql.tar.gz directory.

• Extraction Process
  As part of this PR, BendSQL is now extracted into the distro/bin directory after it has been downloaded. This should simplify the process of getting BendSQL set up and ready to use.
