LGTM in general but createwalletdialog.ui looks a bit broken on my machine, UdjinM6@49e1115 makes it slightly prettier for me (pls test)

Pulled out of #4735 to enable some commits to be merged while @kittywhiskers continues to work on the remaining commits. I have reviewed these commits and have found no issues
