add 3.5.0 release log

Note to self. Commands used to generate the log file before a new release.

1. log into polaris.alcf.anl.gov
2. install Darshan
3. cd darshan-test/regression/
4. ./run-all.sh $HOME/Darshan/Github/DEV $HOME/Darshan/TEST alcf-polaris-cray-module
5. cd $HOME/Darshan/Github/darshan-logs/darshan_logs/release_logs
6. cp $HOME/Darshan/TEST/mpi-io-test.darshan mpi-io-test-x86_64-3.5.0.darshan
7. Create a new PR
