Problem: calling BluetoothDevice#getName on API >=31 needs `android.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT` permission. Solution: call ScanRecord#getDeviceName instead
toString accessed BluetoothDevice#getName() which needs BLUETOOTH_CONNECT permission on API >=31
