Fixed minor incompatibilities in tests. Some interfaces changed to lambdas so types could be inferred properly independent of library version.
Again both versions now depend on dagger-library-shadow project in rxandroidble2 package. It is exactly the same for both versions.

Added generating of RxJava 3 based artifact. Now both RxJava 2 and 3 can be released from the same RxJava 2 based sources. This will be the case until RxJava 2 support will end. Both RxJava 2 and RxJava 3 based libraries can be used side-by-side.
