Fix Mechanical Markdown examples

Expected Behavior

Mechanical Markdown examples are taking more than 35 minutes to complete. This PR addresses some of the problems but we need to check all of them

Actual Behavior

CI pipelines is taking 40 mins to validate examples

Run mechanical markdown in examples
