Description
This PR contains the documentation meant to accompany the imminently releasing next-generation Dapr Actors .NET SDK as part of a mid-1.18 SDK release. It should be released immediately so it's available to users learning to use the release candidate. Another separate PR will be opened if any changes are necessary between the RC and its GA release with 1.19.
This documentation has no bearing on the runtime and is exclusively limited to the .NET SDK.
