SDK examples links are broken and point to old code in other branches

Describe the issue
Manyh paths I try to find examples (namly Python paths, and general Dapr\Docs paths) lead to SDK content that is really old and incorrect, e.g. a setup branch from 2020. The impact of this is the code is wrong, and it's not obvious why.
