Two issues on Dockerfile tensorflow:2.4.2-gpu has an issue on ``` RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y \ ffmpeg \ libgl1-mesa-dev \ python3-pip \ unrar \ wget \ && apt-get clean ``` A folder structure of http://www.atarimania.com/roms/Roms.rar has been changed. Removing unzip.
