Run docker-compose up to start renewal
Full chain+private key location:
| /etc/letsencrypt/archive/msdy.xyz

Copy Full chain to this folder in server:
/etc/ssl/certs/

Copy private key to this folder in server:
/etc/ssl/private/

Modify ssl config used by nginx:
/etc/nginx/ssl.conf

Restart nginx

Delete old full chain+private keys
