Bulk Identity Management with Graph PowerShell — ~4-minute unit companion video

Thirty new hires, the doors open Monday, and clicking accounts in one at a time won't make it. This video shows how to provision every account in a single pass with Microsoft Graph PowerShell — connect with the right scope, import a CSV, loop New-MgUser — and rerun the same script the next time a batch of hires lands.

This branch carries everything the video needs except the animated body scenes, which the coding agent authors here from the approved script and design plan.

Closing to rebuild on the fixed pipeline (main @57aa4d04): shared-tool anchor-exempt + font guard baked in, CI scope guard added, index.html gate. Branch kept — approved script/design/narration are preserved for the re-run.
