Scope Administration with Administrative Units — ~4-minute unit companion video

A regional office needs one admin who can reset passwords there and nowhere else — but the obvious role hands them every user in the company. This video shows how an administrative unit draws that boundary, how a scoped role stays inside it, and why dropping a group into a unit is a tempting trap that scopes the group, not its members.

This branch carries everything the video needs except the animated body scenes, which the coding agent authors here from the approved script and design plan.
