Nodes alignment settings when using cola layout

I really love Cola layout! That's a great thing, thank you!

But...

It would be great if someone wrote an instruction on how to make nodes be spread all over the pan. I.e. to occupy all the available vertical and horizontal space. At the moment it seems to be either vertical (like a column) or horizontal (like a row). Or sometimes like a square. But our monitors generally look like a rectangle. So, would be nice to use all that rectangle space :)
