Bug: Missing Commit Info Test Case

The test case "calls api.createRun with the commit extracted from environment variables" was removed from the "fallback commit information" describe block. This test verified commit information extraction from environment variables when git commands return null. Its removal creates a test coverage gap for this fallback scenario and leaves an empty test suite with unused beforeEach and afterEach hooks. The test was likely removed instead of being updated to include the newly required ctx parameter.
