My robot cannot turn properly when alligns with the world's axis #6849

I cant turn my robot when facing the world's axis, when facing >90 and <180 of the axis, the robot is turning nicely. I am unsure what is wrong with my proto or simulation. I was inheriting the track from Surveyor proto. Could anyone help me out?
